NO "WISH TO JOIN STRIKERS. The' secretary of the Marine Engineers (Mr T.' R. Wallace) stated yesterday that tho statement mado by Mr. W. T. Mills respecting tlio marino engineers' attitude to the strike was incorrect. "Tho marino engineers," added Mr. Wallaco, ''have no intention of joining t'ho strikers."
