A POSSIBLE ADJOURNMENT. The House of Representatives wag sdjourned last Friday evening until today, and will meet at 2.30 this afterjioon. It is possible,# if a settlement ' of tb'e strike is not reachcd, and is not in prospect to-day, that an adjournment of the Houso for a fonr days may be. asked for by tho Gcjvernment. Ministers o-'Dcc'ally the Prime . Minister, and tho Minister of Justice, are so closely occupied 'With matters arising out of the strike that they arc scarcely nblo to givo tliat attention to tlicir Parliamentary duties tliat is necessary +.b« House is sitting. .
