ARMED MEN ON WATCH. It is - not only tho strikers and Harbour Board who are using pickets in the crisis. The premises of a number of warehouses in tho City and many of tho larger sliops are picketed throughout- the night with armed men, propared for lawless marauders. This precaution has boon forced on those who have in stock goods whicli may be required sooner or later by those on strike. Tho watchmen are well in touch with the police and special constables, and should there bo any attempt to loot those who try it will be met in the manner indicated.
