ON MARITIME RISKS. At a meeting of tho Marine Under* Writers' Association held on Saturday it was decided that owing to the continuance of labour troubles the extra rate for covering merchants against loss or damage of 'merchandise through riots, strikes, or civil commotion bo raised Is. per £100 to ss. per £100 for tho present.
