AND A CHARGE OF INCITING. By Telegraph—Press A'sociatlon—OorTrirht (Rec. November 3, 12.40 a.m.) London, November 2. Karl Hontschol, a Britisli subject, and a teacher of languages, appeared on remand in the Polico Court i yesterday on fi charge of inciting Farrott, an exgunner in tho Navy, who, in January last, was sentenced to four years' imprisonment for espionage. Tho prosecuting counsel had previously stated that Hentschel had been charged on his own confession. The magistrate announced 'that Hentschel had made a highly-important statement. It was therefore desirable that he should bo remanded'for another week for inquiries to be made.
