COMPLAINT BY "FREE LABOTJR." By Telegraph—Press Association—OopyrisMi (Reo. October SI, 8.55 p.m.) London, October 31. At the Free Labour Conference which has been sitting here a resolution was passed complaining that, though there were under three million in the ranks of organised Labour, of a total of fifteen million males of the wage-earning population, tho Government had given 374 appointments to trade Union officials.
