Bethune and Co. have eorne important announcements in our, auotion columns with regard to cominf sales to be held by them. Under instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court, they aro submitting a residential property in Mortimer Terrace, boing six-roomed dwelling, No. 8, with bathroom, and all conveniences, lot at a weekly rental of £1. Details of the land apriear in tho advertisement, ond any further information may be ha-d on application to Messrs. Meek and Von Sanst, solicitors, or the auctioneers.
