On Page 8 of this issue there will be found a half-page advertisement of Kirkoaldie and Stains, Limited, giving details of a sale to begin»on Wednesday next, November B, of a very superior lot of sample clothing for men and boys, at a considerable reduction on regular prices. In this lot there are evening suits, dirpjer jackets, dustooats, raincoats, overcoats, flannel' trousers, business -suits, boys'. Kucby suits, all English tailor-medo, and as they are samples they are exceptionally well made. This olothing sale will be continued for a week. Messrs. J. H. Bethune and Co. have eorne important announcements in our, auotion columns with regard to cominf sales to be held by them. Under instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court, they aro submitting a residential property in Mortimer Terrace, boing six-roomed dwelling, No. 8, with bathroom, and all conveniences, lot at a weekly rental of £1. Details of the land apriear in tho advertisement, ond any further information may be ha-d on application to Messrs. Meek and Von Sanst, solicitors, or the auctioneers. On Wednesday, November 19 next, at 2.30 p.m., at their rooms, the firm, under instructions from Mr. L. H. Hoar© (who is leaving New Zealand), are submitting his 8-roomed residence at Lowry Bay.
