IMPORTANT NOTICE.
'ASSEMBLAGE OF SPECIALS. The Superintendent of Police has arranged with tho offioor commanding H.M.S. Psyche to fire a gun as a signal for tho special constable to assemblo at the Lambton Quay Police Station, and at night, in addition to firing tlio gun, the searchlight will bo directed upwards. Special constables aro requested to assemble at the Lambton Quay Police Station imniediaitely on hearing this gun.
