The Canadian Council of Agriculture, is sending- & delegation' to Ottawa to urge an increase in British preference to fifty per centum., with a gradual increase to free-trado in fivo years; also a free interchange of agricultural and animal products with the United States, and the placing of other foodstuffs, agricultural implements, and lumber on tho free list.
