A congress of tho Medical Associations, representing 21,000 doctors, resolved to refuse to enter into agreement with tho sick relief authorities under tilt revised national insurance scheme, or to attend patients sent through relief boards. It protested against the scalo of payment, and urged that patients have a freo choico of doctor.
