» FOUR BOY SCOUTS DROWNED. By Telegraph—Press Association—OoDyriirM London, October 26. A ketch was sunk in collision on the Thames, and four Boy Scouts who were on board were drowned. (Rec. October 27, 10.80 p.m.) The ketch carried a captain, two seamen, and thirteen Boy Sea Scouts. The latter wero in their berths when tho steamer Hogarth collided with the ketch, practically cutting it in halves. The vessel sank in a few minutes. The lads obeyed orders with tho utmost'coolness. Several seized ropes which wore thrown to them, and tho Hogarth's boat rescued others.
