SEDITION AND INTIMIDATION.

A largo crowd assembled at Liberty Hall, and escorted them to tho Courts, shouting and i"f?Mr. Justice Madden, in his charge to tho Grand Jury, said that tho ovideiloo showed a deplorablo state of affairs. It was their duty to vindicate the Law and protect the public against/ v/olenco and wrong-doing. Lai kin and tho others were charged with using seditious words, and inciting to crimes of intimidation.
Tho jury found a true bill. Archbishop Crozier, Primate of Irelaud, addressing tho Armagh Diocesaii Synod, stated that owing to the emergencies of party warfare, Ireland was faced with an awful prospect of discord and disaster, racial and religious strife, and tho horrors of civil war. Larkin's action in outraging the feelings of tho Catholic Church, said the Archbishop, had caused liis_ influence to decline appreciably. The priests had reasserted their authority over tho women and tho working classes, and it was no longer certain that Larkin enjoyed tho unquestioning obedience of tho Transport Union.
DISPLAY OF SECTARIAN FEELING.

London, October 25. The priests removed eleven children who were entraining at Dublin for England via rail and steamer. The crowd provonted seven others from entraining for Scotland, via Belfast, despite tlio assurance that they belonged to tho Church of Ireland (Anglican). An enormous crowd, including priests, watched a steamer to' see that there woro no children aboard. Afterwards they went in procession along tho Btrcets singing Roman Catholic hymns.

London, October 25. Mr. John Parkinson has offered to receive three hundred poor children of the strikers' families at his two mansions on the outskirts of Dublin.
