Tho police at Fiume (an Austrian port on the Adriatic) assort that they have discovered a plot to form a Slav State, under the Sovereignty of Servia. The ramifications of the plot extend to Bosnia-Herzegovina, Dalmatia. Croatia, Istria, and Trieste. There have been many arrests.
