The "Daily Mail's" New York correspondent states that the Washington correspondents agreed that President Wilson is perturbed at the attitude of Sir Lionel Garden (British Minister in Central America) towards General Huerta. President Wilson has asked Mr. Pago (tho United States Ambassador in London) to explain tho situation to Sir Edward Grey (British' Foreign Minister) and request him to join America in icfusing to recogniso Huerta, even if the latter bo elected President of Mexico, ■ Sir Edward Grey has declined to bind Great Britain to any particular action in the matter.
