A steam launch which was towing , three other boats full Of inon was dashed on to the beach at Okhotsk 'by heavy seas. Eleven men wero drowned out of one boat. The second was res-cued,-but the third was driven out to sea, and its fate is unknown. JBOATING FATALITY IN A STORM. I (Rec. Oclobcr 21, 11.20 p.m.) Now York, October 21. .
