MIXED MARRIAGES.

The Roman Catholic Hierarchy has received a letter from the Vatican, signed by Cardinal Rampolla, asking for a report on the number of mixed marriages that have been completed, or attempted, in the last decade, and whether in futuro it would bo moro convenient to favour rather than oppose such marridges.
