M'Kenzio has given notioa to movo at the next meeting of the 'City Council"That the survey of tho Town Belt and Botanical Gardens authorised by. resolution of tho council, dated June; ! and 15, 1911, be proceeded with withiii six months; that in connection with such survey a detailed plan bo prepared showing: (a) The itreils suitable for public playing grounds; (b) tlio areas suitablo for loasi-ng to private clubs; (c). the areas suitable for planting: (d) the areas suitable for grazing leases or for garden purposes; (0) the streets and paths to be.laid out 011 the Town Belt."
