Percy Bono, a solicitor/ and Thomas Dey, a bookmaker,: m which defendants wero charged with circulating a typewritten sheet alleging' that Sievier had blackmailed Dey for • £1000 in connection with, an advertisement published in SievierV paper,."The "Winning Post." Dey and Bono wero found guilty of publishing the libel and each was fined forty rfiillingg. No order waa made in regard to costs.
