The High Court lias decided; that the Governor of New York (Mr, Suleor) has been guilty of misusing campaign moneys. REMOVAL FROM OFFICE. (Reo. October 18, 0.15 a.m.) New York, October 17. The Impeachment Court found Govornor Sulzer guilty of tho charges of falsifying his Party's campaign accounts, and of committing perjury in connection with their accounts. Tho Court acquitted him' of tho chargo of bribery of witnesses. Seventeen members voted for his aoquittal, and thirty-nino voted that ho be declared guilty. Sulzer will bo removed from office immediately. Mr. Glynn, the Acting-Gov-ernor, has been appointed in his place.
