LONDON PRESS COMMENT. By Toleffrnph—Press Association—Oopyiight London, October 15. The "Westminster Gazette" says that the Now Zoaland loan, at J per cent, discount, has had no depressing effect on the market. The underwriters profess that they expected to got the wliolo of the loali. Tho "Evening Standard" says that the conditions for otation woro unusually unfavourable, but that doubtless investors will speedily absorb tho debentures.
