Mr. Wado (Leader of the Opposition), opening the Liberal election campaign, declared that on all sides were manifestations of dissatisfaction over the Labour Government's regime, and tho Liberals confidently expected a favourable verdict at the polls. Tho Labour Govornment, he added, in three years Bpent nine millions more than their predecessors; and had ran up a deficit. The credit of tho Stato* had been Beriously shaken, and an ora of moderate and sano finance was now absolutely necessary. ■ ■ „
