NOTHING PRACTICAL. London, Ootober 14. At a Single Taxers' Conference at Cardiff, Mrs. Wedgwod threw the proceedings into confusion by attacking Mr. Lloyd-George's land policy and the Liberal Party's "Cat and Mouse" Act. Mr. J. C. Wedgwood, Liberal M.P. for Nowcastlo-undor Lymo, added that lr.any would agree that the Chancellor's speech, had outlined no practical, definite programmo.
