PRESIDENT WILSON AND THE IMPRISONED DEPUTIES, By Tcloffiupii—Press Association—OopyrieM Washington, October 13. President Wilson has instructed Mr. Liiul, special envoy from tho United States to Mexico, to represent to President Hucrta that if the Mexican Deputies who were arrested aro injured, tlio United States will regard it with much 'displeasure. Tho Mexican Foreign Minister states that tho Deputies will bo tried for various offences alleged against them. The forthcoming election will not be affected. Tho Deputies are being well treated whilo in prison.
A previous cablegram reported that one hundred and ten Deputies frere imprisoned because they said, when demanding tlie production of a missing Senator, that if President Huerta refused the domand, they (the Deputies) would leave tlio capital immediately. Huerta, fearing the defection of the Deputies to the rebels, arrested the whole Houso in CromweMian fashion.' The Senate had passed a similar demand, but withdrew it upon learning tho fato of tho Deputies
