IN BLACKPOOL CASE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Molbourno, Otcober 14. Another stage has been reached in the racing litigation known as the Blackpool caso. Meyer appealed to the High Court, and the, latter varied the Victoria Racing Club's order by granting an injunction restraining the club from excluding Meyer from membership. But the twelve months' disqualification imposed by tho club was affirmed.
