COLLAPSE OF CHIEF .WITNESS, By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Reo. Octobor 13, 11.10 p.m.) St. Petersburg, October 13. A witness named Shakhousky, who was the mainstay of tho prosecution of tho Jowish clerk Beiliss on a charge of murdering tho Christian boy Yustchinsky in April, 1912, has collapsed in his evidenco, being unable to confirm his previous depositions, which form part of the indictment against Beiliss. Shakousky, stated that tho detectives told him to accuso Boiliss.
