ft SELF-CONFESSED_MI]RDERER. By Tolcxraph—Pross Association—Copyright (Reo. October 12, 0.5 a.m.) New York, October 6. A man named Henry Spcncer haß been arrested on a charge of murdering Mrs. ltoxroat at Whoaten, Illinois. Ho has sinco confessed to thirteen other inurdors in as many years. His victims included two policemen, shot to escape arrest, and a number of women whom ho had liillod for their jewellery or their money. Prisoner admitted that ho intended to kill Mrs. Rexroat, lub landlady. Spencer was released from tho Illinois Prison, last yearj and since then some other crimes have been committed by him.
