The election of officers resulted under: —President, Mr. Arch'. M. Wilson; vice-president, Mr. P. C. W T att; treasurer, Air. Geo. Day: secretary, Mr. \V. Grenfell (re-elected); committee, Messrs. W. L. Thompson, J. C. Brown and .T. Howie; auditors, Messrs. A. Johnston and W. I. Clarke (re-elcct-ed); delegates to Now Zealand Federated Builders' and Contractors' Annual Conferouoo to bo held at Wnngauui on Novpmber 4, Messrs. A. Campbell, A. M. Wilson, and WVS. Thompson.
