Ho looked a winner until tha Busies were reached, when Cantilever overhauled him, and went on to win by three lengths. Mr. \V. Allison before the raoe offered Mr. Belmont £35,000 for Tracery if the horse was not beaten this season. Mr. Bolmont refused the offer.
