COMPLAINTS.
ON TAXI-CAB DRIVERS. | The By-laws Committee reported at last evening's meeting of the City Council that they had received a report from tho City Engineer with respect to the conduct of some of the taxi-cab drivers at tho Featherston (Street stand. The committee recommended that the persons complained of be informed that in the event of any further complaints being received, tho 1 council will consider tho question of the abolition of the stand. •
