LUCKY LOSS IN WELLINGTON. To speak of a lucky 1059 seems a strange anomaly. But after reading this Wellington resident's experience we shall be the first to admit that the loss was a lucky one indeed. Mr. Geo. Rogers, tailor, 31 Courtenay Place, Wellington, says:—"For a long time I suffered a great deal from kidney trouble, tho worst symptom being 6evere pains across the small of my hack. These pains greatly interfered with my work, as' I could not sit or remain in one position for any length of time. If I had to stoop it was as much as I could do to stand up straight again. I used to get fearful headaches, and as I could not get proper rest at night always felt dull aud tired. I went on suffering in this way, and seemed to be getting worse instead of better. At last I heard of Doan's Backache Kidney Pills, and as they were spoken of so highly I got some to try them. They did wonders in my case; the first couple of bottles relieved me considerably, and eight bottles effected a perfect cure. I have great faith in Doan's Backache Kidney Pills, and always keep a bottlo in the houso, faking "a dose occasionally, just as a preventative against any return of my old complaint." Your health depends on your kidneys; when the kidneys are ill the whole body is affected, and every organ is weakened. Doan's Backacho Kidney Pills will keep your kidueys well. They aro sold by all chemists and storekeepers at 3s. per bottle (six bottles lCs. Gd.), or will be posted 011 receipt of price by Foster-lf'Clellan Co., 76 Pitt Street, Sydney. But, he sure yon get DOAN'S.—Advt. 2 Tho attention of readors is directed l to tho advertisement of Messrs. von Hartitzsch and Tlutcheson, engineers and mechanical specialist:,-, appearing in another column. Mr. von Ilartitzsch, who has hitherto carried on tho business in his own name, has recently taken into partnership Mr. 11. W. Hutehcson, late engineer in charge of the Golden Bay Cement Wonts powcr-houso and general machinery plant. The new firm specialise in oil engine work, now or repairs, and aro prepared to give assistance in the working out and elaboration of all kinds of mechanical patents. They invite all who have oil engino trouble of any kind, land or marine, to give them an opportunity to show that they possess the ongineor'e ohief requisite—they know .hoir. ,
