According to' the "Mercantile Garotte" the following now dairy company. , . lias been registered:—'United Co-opera-tive Dairy Company, Ltd. Registered September 25. Office: M'Lean Street, ' iWoodville. Capital: £4000 into 4000 shares of £1 each. Subscribers: S. E. \Vorboys, 17; A. T. 'Kendle, 25; E. C; Hocldn, 23; E. Harding 21; J. N. o'Ha<?an, 13; C. AV. Boruii, 21; W. C. Wood, 20. Objects: To acquire and take over as a going concern the business of butter manufacturers now carried on by the H.B. Dairy Co., Ltd., at Pinfold Road and Oxford Road, Woodvillo, and the New Zealand Farmers' ' Dairy Union, at Upper M'Lean Street, AVoodvillo. Tho output of butter from the Masttrion dairy factory for the month of September was tho laigost for that month since tho inception of the company. The company's motor is already ©Berating, in the To Whifci, Gladstone, Taratahi, and Homobush districts, where cream is picked up from suppliers. There are at present sixty suppliers to tho factory.
