THE CALL OF CANTON.
THE EVERY MEMBER CAMPAIGN. The results for September of the Every Member Campaign carried out by tho Presbyterian Church with the object of raising £11,400 to. roplenish tho sites and buildings fund of tho Canton Villages Mission, show that capital progress is being made, the total amount collected up to September 30, exclusivo of tho £4600 acknowledged before tlio -campaign, being £5809. At tho ond pf the campaign all amounts will bo included, and every congregation will bo credited with what it has actually contributed. No less than £1650 has been collected since tho last list v as published a fortnight ago and tho total now stands at £10,400, so that
the last £1000 aimed at has now been reached. The following amounts havo been received to date from the congre-
pitjons indicated:—Canterbury, £1666; Otago, £1036; Auckland and Waikato, £770; Wanganui and Taranaki, £703; Wellington and Wairarapa, £5191 Scuthland, £359; Westland, Nelson, and Marlborough, £210; Hawko's Bay, £43.
