Thomas Mackenzio (High Commissioner for New Zealand), tho Australian Agents-General, tho Butter Committee, and representatives of tho the Irish Agricultural Organisation Society, the Scottish Agricultural Organisation Society, the British Dairy Farmers' Association, and the National Dairy Association of New Zealand to confer on the subject of margarine, especially regarding the proposals with reference to the prohibition' of colouring and the requiring of shopkeepers to have separate compartments or counters for its sale, and the increasing of penalties for selling margarine as butter.
