TERRIBLE ATROCITIES REPORTED. SERVIA'S TROOPS HURRYING TO THE FRONTIER. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Belgrade, September 28. It ie reported that fifty thousand Albanians are inarching on Prilep, Prizrend, Tctora, and Kritchovo, and that fugitives are crowding into Monastir. It is also reported that tho Albanians are committing terriblo atrocities. Servia is hurrying reinforcements to the frontier. Tho lirst levy lias been mobilised. Servia has also dispatched support to the Montenegrins at Dialcova, owing to repeated Albanian attacks. Constantinople, September 28. Tho Porte has informed Greece that flic peace negotiations will bo renewed as soon as the Bulgarian-Turkish Troaty lias been signed. The deadlock includes the question of the restitution of Chios, Mytelono, and Ccttinjo. The Turco-Bulgarian peaco negotiations have been concluded. Tho treaty will bo signed on Monday next. Three secret protocols are supposed to concern Western Thraco. . Tho Montenegrin losses in the two wars are gazetted as 10,381 killed or wounded'. Athens, September 28. A deputation from Epirus memorialised the Albanian International Delimitation Commission, protesting against tho territorial division of Epirus. SERVIAN GARRISON SURROUNDED (Rco. September 29, 11.30 p.m.) Vienna, Septombcr 29. The Albanians noiv surround Prizrend. Tho Servian garrison is still holding cut, despite disturbances which hare been created amongst the Albanian population within tho city.
