Lowry's colt Soltano in tho A.J.O. Derby at Randwick next Saturday. It was the Randwick trainer, I. Foulwho last woek offered 6000 guineas for Soltano, in addition to half tho colt's winnings at the llandwiok meeting. Soltano was the star performer on tho training track yesterday morning. Accompanied by tho imported horse HalIlowmas, he covered ten furlongs, Prince ''lavus going the last nine furlongs with he pair. Prince Flavus was beaten iy several lengths, being of little use o the others.
