OTHER COURT CASES.
At tlie Magistrate'.s Court yesterday, Bert Vile, a cab-drivor, who was represented by Mr. Sladden, pleaded not guilty to a charge of permitting a vehicle to stand iu tho street, adjacent to the tram-line, in such a position (not parallel to the rails) that a tram conductor was knocked oft' his car by tho splashboard. A fine of 55., with costs, was imposed.
