(Spocially Written for The Dominion.) Saturday. Oyster Soup. Irish Stew. Potatoes. Cabbage. Stowed Rhubarb and ltice. Cream. SUNDAY. Lettuce Sou]). Itoast Pork, i Apple Sauce. Baked Potatoes. Cauliflower. Canary Pudding. Oraugo Delight. FOlt SUPPER, Coldd Roast Pork. Salad. Prune .Shape. Trifle. .. Cream. ORANGE DELIGHT. Five oranges, . 1 teacup of whito sugar, I pint milk, 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon cornflour. : Peel the oranges and cut in thin slices, removing all the pips; sift tho sugar over them;, boat the milk in a double saucepan; mis the cornflour smoothly with a little cold milk, and add to the hot milk, also the beaten yolks of tho eggs. ■■ Stin till thick, and pour over the oranges. Beat the whites of the eggs to a stiff froth, add a tablespoon of white sugar, and put oil top of tho custard. Put on tho oven to set tho maringuo, and serve cold.
