The Ipswich ease is also not smallpox. There are no suspicions cases in Queensland. ' ' VACCINATION BILL. Sydney, September 26. In the Now South Wales Legislative Assembly tho Vaccination Bill was read a first time. The Bill provides for tho vaccination, of children before the ago of one .year, and in the eleventh year; also for vaccination in the twenty-first year. A conscience clause has been inserted. Tho Board of Health has boon empowered to isolate an infection area. ESCAPEES DEALT WITH. (Rcc. i September 26,-10.5 p.m.) Sydney, September 27. The five contacts who escaped from (juarantino on September 7 last have now been discharged. They wero prosecuted for breaking quarantine, and fined £5, with tho alternative of a month's imprisonment in tho caso of each. (Rec. September 27, 0.25 a.m.) Sydney, September 2G. Five cases of smallpox were reported to-day. .
