AUCKLAND FARMER'S FREEZING COMPANY.
The balance-sheet presented at tha ninth annual meeting of the Auckland Farmers' Freezing Company, Ltd., showed a profit of £9608 14s. Cd. on the year's operations. This, with £2398 18s. lid. brought forward, gavo £12,007 13s. 6d. for distribution. Of^ this the directors proposed to allot £2506 for an 8 per cent, dividend, to add £499G to tho reserve fund (bringing it up to £16,000), and to carry tho balance of £505 13s. sd. forward to next year. Tho report and balance-sheet were adopted.
