SUPREME COURT.
The case of Wilson v. Herries and another, a matter concerning the purchase of. native land, was mentioned in.Chambers before Mr. Justice EdwaiSfc yesterday afternoon, and an order was mado to remove a question of law to the Court of Appeal. Sir John Findlay and Mr. T. 11. Lloyd (Dannevirkc) appeared for tho plaintiff, and Mr. J. W. Salmond, Solicitor-General, for tho defendants.
