BOOKMAKERS' PROTEST.

London, September 23. The management of the Hurst Park Racecourse has decided not to allow tho signalling of prices current from Tattersall's to tho minor rings._ Hitherto outsido bookmakers sent their representatives notes of heavy hots; they would signal the information by waving their arms in ,a similar way to naval semaphoring. ' The public frequently complained that the signallers struck them when running about in tho crowded ring, and caused grave inconvcnicncn outsido tho ring. The bookmakers have resolved to boycott Hurst Patk.
