Mines and Education—Mr. F, S. Malan (previous portfolios). Works, Post and Telegraphs —Sir Thomas Watt (previous portfolios). Railways and Harbours—Mr. H. Burton (same portfolios). Sir P. do Vo Graaf retires for reasons of health, and is succeeded by Senator Graaf.
