TRADES HALL'S REBUKE TO TOM MANN. "Times" —Sydney "Sun" Special Cables. (Rec. September 23, 7.20 p.m.) Ontario, September 23. Tom Mann, addressing a gathering of workers, made a Socialistic reforcnco to Monarchy. As a protest, the president of the Trades Hall led the singing of the National Anthem. Mann disappeared from the gathering.
