OUR AIRSHIP LEAVES LONDON.
Tho aeroplane Britannia, which has been presented to the New Zealand Govornment.by tho Imperial Air Fleet Committee, who' intend presenting opo to each of the other dominions, so as to form the nucleus of an Imperial Air Fleet, left London on tho s.s. Athenic on August 15, and is expected to reach Wellington on Septembor 30. Tho Britannia- is a two-seater Bleriot monoplane. with 80-h.p. Gnome engino, and was flown by Gustav Hamel from Dover to Cologno. Films depicting this flight, which nave been shown in Great Britain, will shortly be screened in New Zealand. *
