He was an excellent organiser. Mr. T. Crouch, a member of "the Wellington Wednesday Executive, accompanied tlie team on its visit to the South Island: His innumerable kindly acts will not be forgotten. Mr. G/ H. S. I There was not a guorum of members at tho annual meeting of tho Wellington South Crbket Club, lield last night 011 tho premises of Messrs. George and George, Riddiford Street, Newtown, and after waiting nearly an hour for an increasefl cttendance it was decided to adjourn the meeting until to-morrow evening.
