CULPRITS.
By Telegraph—Pross Association— OopyrljM Berlin, September 21. An extraordinary scandal is causing consternation in Breslau. Fourteen persons have boon arrested for immorality. It is alleged that they inveigled seventy-two young girls a.t various times to a house in AugustaStrassc.
An army officer, a police official, an ychitect, and four tradesmen have committed suicide, fearing arrest.
