OBSEQUIES OF PRINCESS SOPHIABy Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Reo. September 22, 11.20 p.m.) Berlin, September 22._ The funeralof the late Princess Sophia, who committed suicide as a sequel to a love affair with the son of a banking firm (Herr Hans Bloichroder), took place at Heidelberg, and was of the simplest kind. Tho father, Prince Wilnelm of Saxe-YVeimar,' broke down during tho service, falling prostrate on the coffin, and embracing it. The remains were borne at dusk to the crematorium, denso crowds of sympathisers lining the route. Although Herr Bleichrodor arrived in the city, he did hot attend the fuheral, his family being unwilling that ho should appear.
