Mr. Hiloy purposes to stay in Auckland till Thursday night unless ho receives advice from Wellington whichi will_ causa him to alter liis plans. Ho is anxious to meet the Minister of Railways as soon as possible, and will see as much aa he can of- tho New Zealand system as opportunity permits. Mr. Hiloy spent three weeks in North America, and was able to inspect the Canadian-Pacific system very thoroughly. Ho is accompanied by his wife, who is an Australian by birth.
