(Specially Written for The Dominion.) TUESDAY. Potato soup. Voal outlets and. bacon. .Potatoes. Cauliflower. Devonshire pudding. Sweet lomon sauce. DEVONSHIRE PUDDING. Three ounces breadcrumbs, 3oz. flour, 1 small teaspoon baking powder, 3ozbutter, 4oz. sugar, 602. chopped apple, loz. candied peel, grated rind of I lemon, 2 eggs. Beat the butter and sugar to a cream. Sift the flour and baking powder together. Beat up the eggs, and add to the butter and sugar gradually, with tlw dry ingredients. Pour into a well-greased mould, cover with a greased paper, and steam about two hours. Turn out and' pour the sauce round. FOR TO-MORROW. Stock. Vegetables. Leg; of mutton. Onions. ' Stale bread. Raisins or sultanas.'
