The "Times," in a leader on the peace agreement, says that Servia and Greoco Have spacious acquisitions to digest and need time for recuperation. Bulgaria will take years to recovcr from tho strain imposed upon herself. Turkey has bettor prospects than her late foes because she is now relioved of the weakening incubus of the future of tho nations nearest l/er which depend lionceforth loss upon the attitude of the Powers than upon their own good sense of mutual restraint.
